As our new senior power trader, you will join our power team to strengthen and support our continuous growth. The team is characterized by high professionalism and strong performance. You have a broad understanding of the international power fundamentals as well as the full energy complex. With an analytical mindset, you know how best to navigate the market. Currently, we are expanding our coverage in Europe, and we need your expertise to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze power markets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and refine trading strategies to maximize profits.
  • Execute trades in line with established strategies and risk tolerance.
  • Monitor and manage risk exposure associated with trading activities.
  • Ensure compliance with energy market regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with counterparties and negotiate trading agreements.
  • Analyze trading performance, P&L, and trading metrics to make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • +3 years’ experience in power trading
  • Strong business acumen combined with entrepreneurial flair.
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
