RECRUITMENT PROCESS

If you’re interested in a role with us, and believe you could be a good fit, we strongly encourage you to apply. Here’s the process:

Submit your current CV and a cover letter outlining your unique skills and experience.

Selected candidates are invited to an initial interview with the department manager and one other employee.

3

Successful candidates should expect a second interview with the department manager and an HR professional before considering an offer.

For certain positions, there may also be a profiling, cognitive or problem-solving test.

ONBOARDING

Upon joining us as a new employee, you will get to meet the leadership team and gain a deeper understanding of our business as a whole.

During your first few days, you will have individual meetings with representatives from each department. After 4 weeks, you will be invited to a follow-up lunch with an HR professional.

After 10 weeks, we’ll schedule a meeting with your department manager and an HR professional to discuss your progress.
