We’re looking for someone to join our Legal & Market Management team either in Denmark (Aalborg, Aarhus) or Germany (Hamburg). This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on corporate governance while maintaining work-life balance and high flexibility.

Your role will be critical in ensuring our processes run smoothly, while helping streamline and automate where possible. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Reporting to European and international authorities: understanding, setting up, and maintaining reporting requirements, including customs reporting and     centralization. 
  • Automating and maintaining User Access Management systems. 
  • Managing contracts within our Contract Management solution. 
  • Optimizing internal processes to increase efficiency. 
  • Communicating with authorities and external market partners. 
  • Updating relevant market information for internal use on SharePoint.

Job Requirements 

  • Strong organizational and structured approach to work. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Fluent in English. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 solutions. 
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines. 
  • Proactive in seeking knowledge and data. 
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a focus on long-term automation. 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team. 

 

Desirable Qualifications 

  • Interest in and experience with administrative and legal work is a plus.

Note: Regular visits to the Aalborg office will be required during the first months for training, if you’re not based in Aalborg.
