Key Responsibilities

Assist in market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities.
Support the trading team in executing energy trades and managing risk.
Collaborate with colleagues on projects related to renewable energy and sustainability.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform trading strategies.
Participate in daily trading meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
Gain exposure to various aspects of the energy trading business, including risk management, compliance, and reporting.

Requirements

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a recognized Japanese university, preferably on track to at least 2nd class honors (also known as 2:1) and its equivalent.
Strong business acumen combined with entrepreneurial flair.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A genuine interest in the energy trading industry and a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in English and Japanese is required.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
