Our client priorities are renewable asset owners, PtX developers, and industrial consumers. If you can demonstrate experience in any of these fields, it is obviously a major advantage. How the team will end up depends on the mix of people we meet during this process.

Key responsibilities for the team

• Develop and execute market strategies in close collaboration with the rest of the company.
• Foster top-class collaboration with a focus on clients and results.
• Build, facilitate, and grow long-term relationships with our clients.
• Negotiate structured deals and renewable contracts.
• Lead the entire deal processes, internally and externally.
• Explore new business-, market-, and product opportunities.
• Other tasks necessary for a top-performing energy origination team.

Requirements for the team

• Energy market, deal structuring, and origination experience is a major advantage.
• You may be based in or willing to relocate to one of our prioritized markets.
• Having a substantial network within the industry is advantageous.
• A relevant education within economics, finance, business or similar.
• Excellent language skills (verbal and written) in English and any of the market languages.
• Outgoing and proactive personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Innovative, curious, and forward-thinking team-players.
• An outstanding team-player with a growth mindset.
• Willingness and drive to bring the results.
