Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate tasks and work processes for the Quantitative Researchers.
  • Develop and be a key contributor to the development of tools and models that support decision making.
  • Conduct backtesting of models to validate performance.
  • Conduct analyses and translate the findings into actionable trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on data and systems relevant to trading.
  • Be a key contributor to knowledge sharing with colleagues both within and outside the team.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computational Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in quantitative research or model development in a financial or energy sector setting.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with or ambition to lead and facilitate our team of Quantitative Researchers.
