Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in energy trading, with a focus on Nordic power markets.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-stakes environment.
• Expert knowledge of the energy market, trading principles, and risk management strategies.

Desirable Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of Nordic and Continental energy markets and their drivers.
• An ability to analyze, build, and present trading ideas and strategies to utilize risk mandate.
• Familiarity with advanced trading tools and software solutions.

This is an office-based position in Aalborg with the option to also work from our satellite offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen.
