We are seeking a Senior Reward Specialist / Analyst who will be crucial in shaping and implementing our reward strategies. This role is integral to aligning our total rewards with the company's long-term objectives, ensuring our colleagues receive the best experience possible.

You will be responsible for
- Gathering insights from markets, candidates, external vendors, colleagues, corporate HR Teams, and others to enhance the Total Reward Experience.
- Leading the development of customer-centric, data-led benefit initiatives that deliver appropriate outcomes for colleagues.
- Designing and project managing a performance review model and process
- Designing and project managing roles and responsibilities overview at organizational level, including title hierarchy / job size.
- Partnering with Lead, Organisational Learning to build a Total Reward learning journey integrated throughout business activities.
- Acting as the subject matter expert and leading on continual upskilling across HR and the business by integrating best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.
- Ensuring appropriate governance to manage tasks and issues within Total Reward.
- Advising the business to deliver compliant and evolving flexible benefit offerings.
- Educating managers and leaders in tasks and behaviours to support the above.
You will bring
- Technical Benefit Knowledge including a deep understanding of benefit markets and regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of business strategy and performance drivers.
- Skilled in implementing total reward approaches.
- Ability to use data and insights to design and advocate for total reward changes.
- Confident and influential communicator, adaptable to different audience
- Strong experience with systems and analytical tools
- A systematic and proactive way of working
- A talent for stakeholder management
