Desirable Qualifications

• Professional experience in software development, particularly within the energy trading or financial sectors.
• Familiarity  with cloud software development best practices.
• Strong programming skills in C#.
• Experience with database management systems like Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of data analytics platforms like Fabric or Databricks.
• Understanding of ETRM systems and their role within energy trading.

Workflow and Current Projects

We practice agile development with daily stand-up meetings to keep everyone aligned and projects on track. • Quick Interview: An initial conversation to assess fit for both parties and answer any questions.
• Take-Home Task: A short coding task in your preferred language, plus a DiSC profile assessment. The DiSC is used as a discussion tool, not a gate.
• Follow-Up Interview: A review of your take-home task and DiSC profile, with further discussions and questions.
• Offer: If we’re both excited about working together, we’ll extend an offer promptly.
